About No Future

No Future is an independent publication launched in August 2025 by founders Devin and Alessandro. They created it to spread a message of hope and community in a world that often feels hopeless and divided.

No Future aims to make complex philosophies accessible to a wider audience and use them to provide clear and direct ideas about how to make our world a little better. The core message is about building a community based mostly on the ideas of Stoicism, Buddhism, Critical Theory, and Anarchism.

The main goal is to be relatable and easy to understand, so posts might simplify ideas and may not be 100% complete. If you’re looking for more in-depth debate, please join our Discord server, where we do go into more depth and strive to be more rigorous. The publication focuses on four key values:

mutual aid, personal responsibility, self-reliance, and focusing on today.

Mutual Aid: This value is about voluntarily helping others by sharing physical resources, ideas, or knowledge. It challenges the idea that everything has to be a competition and instead emphasizes that everyone is better off when we share what we can.

Self-Reliance: This principle is about taking care of your own needs so you can contribute more to the community. The well-being of individuals affects the well-being of the entire community.

Focus on Today: The future you want to see is built by the actions you take today. This is a pragmatic approach to creating positive change right now, in your immediate life and community.

No Future is also founded on the principle that not every aspect of life needs to be monetized and commoditized. All subscription tiers are free, though some may involve community participation.
